A transparent cover is utilized if the device is in reach of people touching it. This cover is a safety measure however it does impact the quality of the holographic effect. If possible and can be placed in a safe environment we recommend not using the cover.
How is the HoloXG2 installed?
The HoloXG2 can be wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, or placed on a stand, offering flexibility for different display setups. Ceiling mount accessories are available separately.
What are the shipping times?
We generally fulfill our orders within 24 hours and shipping times vary depending on location. For US customers and Australia the times are usually 5-7 days. Europe and Asia around 7 - 10 days. This depends on multiple factors.
