Holofex help & advice
Quick answers. The right setup. A little more clarity.
Explore products and packages, create content with AI Holo Lab, and find help when you need it.
S means “with stand”. HoloF100S combines the HoloF100 display and a stand. The device, stand and cover can also be purchased separately.
A cover is only included when the selected package says so.
What does the S mean in HoloF100S?
An S at the end of a Holofex model name means the package includes a stand. For example, HoloF100S combines the HoloF100 display with a stand.
The S does not mean a protective cover is included. Check the selected product and variant for the complete inclusions.
| Product | What to look for |
|---|---|
| HoloF100 | The display. Check the selected variant for accessories. |
| HoloF100S | The HoloF100 display + stand. A cover is not implied by S. |
| HoloPack Ultra | A package with the U65 Ultra display, tripod and protective cover. |
Can I buy a device, stand or cover separately?
Yes. Holofex devices, stands and protective covers can be purchased individually as well as in combined packages. You do not need to buy a complete package to add an accessory.
Browse the HoloF100 device, stand options and protective covers. Some listings also offer combined variants, so check exactly which option you select.
Tell us your display model before ordering an accessory. Do not assume every stand or cover fits every device; our team can check the correct combination.
Which display should I choose?
For a portable indoor event or travelling demonstration, HoloPack Ultra is a useful starting point because it combines the display, tripod and cover.
For smaller counters and receptions, explore the covered HoloXG2C. For a larger single display, compare HoloF100 and HoloF100S with stand.
The right choice depends on available space, lighting, mounting and whether people can reach the display. Outdoor installations, synchronised displays and custom builds need a team review.
How does a holographic display work?
Rapidly rotating LED blades create a floating-image effect using persistence of vision. You do not need special glasses. The image is a visual effect rather than a solid object in the air.
Content, lighting, display size and placement all affect the result. Clear subjects against black backgrounds help the image stand out.
How can I create content with AI Holo Lab?
AI Holo Lab is our recommended starting point for self-service holographic animation concepts. Use a prompt or reference image to explore short loops and creative ideas.
Try a centred subject, bright edges, a pure black background and simple movement. For example: “A futuristic sneaker rotating slowly, violet and blue highlights, centred on pure black, no scenery or extra text.”
AI results may need a few iterations. For precise logos, exact product details, custom campaigns or content across multiple displays, contact the team. Check AI Holo Lab for current plans and features.
What makes content look good on the display?
Start with a clear, centred subject on a pure black background. Keep important details inside the circular display area. Short, simple loops with high contrast are a good starting point.
Black pixels do not illuminate, which helps the subject appear to float. Bright or busy backgrounds can weaken that effect.
File formats, dimensions, codecs and upload steps depend on your model and app. Confirm those before exporting a final file; our team can help if you are unsure.
Where do I start with setup or uploads?
Identify your display model and the app or controller you are using, then follow the matching setup instructions. App and connection steps can differ between models.
If an upload is failing, note the app name, device model and any error message. Contact support if the problem continues so we can check the correct steps for your equipment.
What should I know about safe placement?
Keep people clear of moving blades. Where a display is within reach, use suitable protection or an enclosed setup. Never touch or adjust blades while they are moving.
Stop use if you notice unusual vibration, damaged blades or an electrical fault. Disconnect power before physical inspection and contact the team.
Mounting, safe clearances, outdoor exposure and large installations need advice for the specific model and location. Do not assume a display is weatherproof.
Where can I check pricing, delivery or an order?
Use the current product page and your selected variant for pricing and inclusions. Shipping options depend on your order and destination.
For tracking, missing parts, a required arrival date, warranty questions or a return, contact the Holofex team. Include your order number where available. A team member will need to check the details before confirming an outcome or delivery date.
What happens if my question needs a person?
We start with the relevant website information, then this knowledge base. If the answer is still unclear, conflicting or specific to your installation or order, our team will need to check it.
Contact Holofex support with your question, display model and contact details. Include your order number if the question relates to a purchase.
