Holograms not showing?
Verify the product has power and establish a connection to your phone. Utilize wifi direct technology for connectivity. Activate the device within the designated app. Ensure proper insertion of the SD card and holograms are displayed on the app..
Blue Light blinking on device?
This means that the SD card is not inserted correctly this can be located on the motor of your Holofex device. also ensure your blades are connected correctly. Led lights should be facing outwards to display the hologram. The blades should be inserted as per instructions located in the box.
App is not working or connecting?
Ensure you have the correct App, this can be determined in the instruction manual. HoloS uses the 3d circle app, HoloS2, HoloX and the GX2 uses the HoloScope app. Whilst our large units use the SpinDisplay app.
App freezing or not finding device?
Please restart the device by unplugging the power from unit and fully exiting the app. Wait 15 seconds and turn device on and connect to the device's wifi password should be 12345678
Can't download hologram onto device?
Ensure your hologram is in your photo album on your phone then connect to the device and select the + symbol to find the correct hologram. Make sure it is in mp4 format with a black background.
