What kind of content can I upload?

You can upload all types of content. While our devices display regular 2D videos and photos like standard monitors, their unique capability is to render 3D videos that appear transparent and holographic, enhancing your display experience.

Do I need to stay connected on my phone for it to work?

No, once you've uploaded your desired content, you can disconnect from the fan. Your content will be stored on the fan and will play continuously in a loop.

How does it work?

Holographic fans operate on the principle of Persistence of Vision (POV), where the brain perceives an image for a brief moment even after it disappears. The holographic effect is achieved by rapid blade movement and precise LED timing.

How durable is it?

The fan is built to be durable, designed to last up to 5 years. However, the LEDs and microchips on the blades are more delicate and can be damaged if scratched or struck forcefully. Despite this, the blades are robust and can withstand significant impacts, including drops.

Can I travel easily with it?

Absolutely! The blades detach from the motor and pack into a compact box with foam padding, making it easy to transport safely, even on planes.

Is it waterproof?

Our holographic fans are not waterproof. We recommend keeping them away from water to avoid damage to the internal components.

Is there a limit to the amount of content I can upload?

There is no limit to the content you can upload. The fans come with 16GB of storage, typically sufficient for most needs. If more space is needed, you can easily expand it by adding your own SD card.

Are the blades and motor replaceable?

Yes, all parts are replaceable, so there’s no need to purchase a new unit if something breaks. If a blade is damaged, you can simply order a new one, replace it, and continue enjoying your holographic display.

Holofex Return Policy

At Holofex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our comprehensive returns policy allows you to return products under the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility:
   • Time Frame: Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
   • Condition of the Product: Items must be in their original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Returns of damaged, altered, or unboxed products will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Fee:

   The return shipping fee will be determined at the time of return, depending on the stock and your location.

3. Return Form:

   Include a completed return form with your product to help us efficiently process your return and ensure accurate tracking.

4. Process for Returns:
   • Initiating a Return: Start your return by completing the return form on our website. Please provide all necessary details accurately.
   • Shipping the Product Back: After submitting the return form, follow the instructions provided for shipping the product back. Ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
   • Return Confirmation: We will process your refund once we receive and verify the returned item meets our conditions.
5. Refunds:
   • Refund Amount: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the purchase price, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
   • Processing Time: Allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return for the refund to be processed.
6. Exceptions:

   Some items are marked as non-returnable on their product pages and are excluded from our return policy.
